Vibrant Veggie: I am about to embark on a lifetime change and I invite you to follow this journey! I have battled weight most of my life and like many, I lose and regain only to wind up depressed and overeating the wrong foods. I admit I have an addiction to food. This is what it really is if we are honest. Recently being diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, hyperinsulinemia, and infertility I have decided to change my life and live my thirties better than my twenties. Through several years of research and studying I am ready to apply the healthy lifestyle of veganism to it's fullest.I am a large vegetarian by way of cheese and sweets, fried foods and oils.
